We love love LOVED working with Ashley, and just wished we could have worked with her longer! We had a coffee together to chat about what my husband and I were looking for, and she gave us great input and homework to go check out a few areas to help narrow down the neighborhoods in our search. She also hooked us up with advice and options for local mortgage lenders to connect with. We found a listing online a few days later and went to look at it immediately bc two other offers had been made that day, ah!! She was definitely our secret weapon in the offer process, and our offer was accepted a few hours later. We met with Ashley once. We looked at ONE house. We made ONE offer and we were done. We had inspections and due diligence and closed just 3 weeks later. It's been a year (today!) and we are still loving our cute (first!) house. AND her cat-loving Instagram is what made us like REALLY want to work with her, and coincidentally she made us aware of Lifeline where we adopted our 3 kittens a few months later).
